The macrobiotic way of eating is now officially seen as one of the very best preventive food patterns ever designed: tasty, culinary and healthy, and beneficial for all ages.
During this weekend you will learn the practical skills you need to maintain or improve your health and you will learn in detail about the dietary approach to heart and coronary problems, cancer, arthritis, allergies, overweight, diabetes, and women’s health problems.

The Kushi Institute and Deshima shop and Lunch service is placed right in the centre, opposite Rijks Museum (Rembrandt and Vermeer) and Van Gogh Museum. Amsterdam is extremely bicycle friendly and it is easy to rent a bicycle everywhere. A visit to the beautiful sandy beaches of the North Sea will take you only 20 minutes by train.

Traditional Japanese Macrobiotic Cuisine
“Washoku”, the traditional Japanese food culture and cuisine were formally designated by UNESCO as part of the World’s Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013. The traditional Japanese cuisine was considered to be closely associated with being nutritionally well balanced, contribute to long life and a spirit of respect for nature.
Patricio will demonstrate how to cook traditional Japanese dishes, how to combine the five tastes into a refined sense of balance, and how to present the dishes in a most beautiful way. A variety of traditional Japanese food items will be discussed and used.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, more than 6 weeks prior to a course, full refund is granted except for the non-refundable down payment. Less than six weeks prior to a course, or if interrupting a course, no refund is possible.
This policy is valid for all educational programs.
The minimum amount of registrations for the course is 7.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if there are less than 7 registrations.
In case of this type of cancellation, 1 week notice before the course starts, full refund is granted or you can leave your credit amount with us to follow an next/ another course.
Tip: make your travel arrangements in advance and keep the ticket reservation option with possibility to eventually change the dates if needed.
